We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer that will be responsible for the design and development of core ServiceNow capabilities for in accordance with client requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, current architecture, and approach needed for success of the engagement.

  • Provide tools and capability recommendations based on your experience and research of the current product functionality.

  • Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions in ServiceNow, Scope includes Platform Management, HRSD, CSM/PSDS, GRC/IRM, App Engine, PSM, etc.

  • Collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities and development projects

  • Participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc. as needed

  • Maintain technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow

  • Provide coaching and peer reviews for other SeriviceNow Developers

  • Exercise judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Applies technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.

  • Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (Platform, SPM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, etc)

  • 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method.

  • 4+ years of experience with web hosted applications, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations.

  • Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards.

  • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.

  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher security clearance

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS- **, Certified Systems Admin or other ServiceNow certifications preferred
